Product Packing:
1. Material selection: Choose environmentally friendly and degradable packaging materials, such as paper or biodegradable plastics, to reduce the impact on the environment.
2. Packaging form: Small bag packaging or bottled form can be adopted, and the size and quantity of the capsules can be rationally designed.
3. Protective design: Ensure that the packaging has certain shockproof, moisture-proof, and light-shielding properties to protect the quality and stability of the plant capsules.
4. Labeling and instructions: Clearly mark important information such as the product name, ingredients, efficacy, usage and dosage, shelf life, etc. on the packaging, and add the characteristics and advantages of the plant capsules.
5. Attractive design: Design an attractive packaging appearance to highlight the natural and healthy image of the product, and consider using plant images or green elements.

Production Line:
1. Raw material preparation: Select high-quality vegetable plant and other required raw materials. Ensure that the raw materials meet relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Sol preparation: Mix (HPMC) with an appropriate solvent (usually water), heat and stir to form a sol. The preparation of the sol requires control of temperature, stirring speed, and time to ensure the quality and stability of the sol.
3. Forming: The sol is formed into the shape of a hollow capsule through specific forming equipment, such as a soft gel forming machine. The forming process may involve the use of molds to obtain consistent capsule sizes and shapes.
4. Drying: The formed capsules are dried to remove excess solvent and solidify the capsules. The drying process is usually carried out under controlled temperature and humidity conditions to ensure the physical properties and quality of the capsules.
5. Screening and sorting: The dried capsules are screened and sorted to remove unqualified capsules, such as broken or irregularly shaped capsules. Sorting can be done according to the size, weight, or other specific requirements of the capsules.
6. Quality inspection: Conduct rigorous quality inspections, including visual inspections, size measurements, airtight performance tests, etc., to ensure that the capsules meet the specified quality standards.
7. Packaging: The qualified capsules are packaged, usually using airtight packaging materials to protect the quality of the capsules and prevent contamination.
